Overview

This position is available in Querétaro & Las Fuentes

POSITION SUMMARY STATEMENT:

The position is responsible for fulfilling Regional Training and Learning needs, including New Hire Onboarding, Multiskill migration, and providing Continuous Education and Learning Solutions.

DETAILED RESPONSIBILITIES/DUTIES:
  • Train Member Services staff (Americas), providing in-depth knowledge and tools to handle Member/Customer call requests effectively.
  • Ensure that Member Services department staff are provided with all necessary information and updates to assist Customers and Members effectively.
  • Develop training materials, maintain the knowledge base, and review agendas regularly.
  • Interpret and clarify all Member Rules of Conduct, Member Application, and other Herbalife-published information.
  • Fulfill training reports (Dashboard, Activity Log, Training Planner, Kirkpatrick Methodology).
  • Handle special projects as needed, such as UAT, research, SKU testing, attending meetings, and assisting with calls.
Job Qualifications

Qualifications:

  • Ability to manage multiple projects and administrative tasks.
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills.
  • Bilingual Level C1-C2 (Required)
  • Strong leadership skills.
  • Flexibility and commitment.
  • Intermediate proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, PowerPoint, Forms, Word).
  • Problem-solving skills, ability to meet deadlines under supervision.
  • Strategic thinking, data analysis, and innovative solution development abilities.

Internal Candidates Only:

  • 90 QA score in the last 3 months.
  • Expertise in Sales and Marketing Plans.

Skills (Required):

  • Facilitation and presentation skills.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office.
  • Proficient in videoconferencing tools.

Experience (Preferred):

  • Training experience within the Call Center industry.
  • Learning and Development experience.
  • Instructional Design certification.

Education Required:

  • Bachelor’s degree.
