Responsibilities
- Marketing Digital
- Campañas de publicidad (Facebook Ads, Instagram Ads, Google Ads, SEO y SEM)
- Community Manager y estrategias de comercialización B2B y B2C
- Diseño gráfico (manejo de Adobe y Photoshop u otros programas similares)
- Creación y edición de contenidos, blogs, fotos y videos
- Manejo de Inteligencia Artificial
- Desarrollo de túneles de ventas
- Integración de aplicaciones Web y APIs
- Desarrollo de contenido estratégico para marcas
- Análisis de métricas y crecimiento de la comunidad
- Inglés (requisito)
Requisites / Qualifications
- Licenciatura terminada (deseable)
- Experiencia en marketing digital y creación de contenidos
- Habilidades creativas, de comunicación, ética, estilo, empatía y redacción
- Horario de 9:00am a 5:00pm

What We are looking for: Digital Marketing Analyst with proven experience to develop and implement different digital marketing strategies using data-oriented approaches, to join our Marketing & Communication Team and help spearhead growth.

- Implement and optimize programmatic campaigns

Requirements

Directive Consulting is a leading B2B performance marketing agency. We focus on Customer Generation to drive pipeline, SQLs, and growth. This role manages a team of Demand Generation Managers and reports to the Director of Demand Generation. Responsibilities include strategy, client and employee retention, and budget-driven performance with a direct impact on P&L.
What You’ll Do
- Goal setting for client engagements
- Ensure best practices across all channels (Paid Search, LinkedIn Advertising, LTV:CAC, Customer Generation, SERP share)
- Support strategists to earn client approvals
- Provide leadership and structure, clear communication, and proactive support
- Develop client relationships and drive referrals
- Maintain healthy margins and reduce churn
- Ensure proper utilization and revenue attainment for the team
- Monthly Growth Audits and growth strategies per client
- Collaborate with Director of Demand Generation on department vision

Requirements
- 5-8+ years in paid media; 2+ years recent agency experience
- 2-3+ years managing teams
- Proven expertise in paid search and paid social
- Experience with LinkedIn Ads, Bing Ads, Meta Ads; knowledge of TV/radio and The Trade Desk is a plus
- SEO experience is a plus
- Proven multi-channel paid media success
- Strong problem-solving, prioritization and multitasking abilities
