Equativ, a leading independent ad platform, is hiring a digital advertising trafficker to manage LATAM accounts. You will configure and optimize campaigns, monitor deals on Maestro SSP, and train clients on DSP/SSP, collaborating with the Supply team.

You'll work hybrid from Mexico City with English-enabled internal communication and exposure to DV360, Xandr, and Amazon DSP. The role emphasizes client service, strategy, and optimizing campaigns to maximize value for advertisers and publishers.

Formación

• 2 to 3 years of proven experience as trafficker or trader in digital advertising
• Solid understanding of the programmatic buying ecosystem
• Basic knowledge of Adservers and ability to implement tracks, tags, VAST, VPAID
• Experience in setup and management of programmatic deals or connections
• Previous experience with LATAM/Mexico brands or clients
• Familiarity with DSP platforms such as DV360, Xandr, Amazon DSP
• Intermediate-advanced English proficiency for cross-team communication
• Experience in customer service and account management

• Previous experience working with brands or clients based in LATAM/Mexico
• Familiarity with DSP platforms such as DV360, Xandr, Amazon DSP, among others
• Intermediate-advanced English proficiency, essential for understanding and maintaining fluid internal communication with our global teams
• Experience in customer service and account management
