Yanfeng, a leading automotive interiors company, is seeking a design and launch engineer in Querétaro. You will drive product design, development, and plant support to launch products effectively and grow technical capabilities.

You will understand customer requirements, apply PRP, develop tactical plans, and deliver designs within budget and BOM targets. You will communicate across functions to resolve issues with structured problem-solving.

Formación

• Degree in mechanical engineering or equivalent technical field.
• 0-4+ years of experience in automotive interiors.

Responsabilidades

• Understand internal and external customer design requirements.
• Launch product.
• Utilize PRP to guide Launch Process.
• Develop tactical plans to meet deliverables.
• Deliver design within engineering budget and BOM cost targets.
• Communicate effectively both internally and externally.
• Apply structured problem-solving methods for issue resolution.

Educación

Bachelor's degree in mechanical engineering or equivalent
