Job Description

Tradewin is expanding our consulting presence into Mexico City, Mexico in 2025. Our operational team there will work with our US-based consulting teams on Free Trade Agreement support, document generation, data management, and related services.
- Work with Tradewin US employees to determine and execute specific tasks and activities
- Use Tradewin or Customer systems to:
- Create Commercial and Shipping Documents
- Review companies and people against government lists for matches
- Request documents from Mexico, US, and Canada-based suppliers
- Communicate with suppliers, in Spanish and English, on Free Trade Agreement data and document requirements, predominately USMCA, CUSMA, T-MEC.
- Request bills of materials and review those BOM’s to validate USMCA origin status. Provide guidance to suppliers, manufacturers, and exporters/importers on sourcing adjustments needed to help facilitate product qualification.
- Communicate with suppliers, in Spanish and English, on Steel and Aluminum US import requirements and solicit information from those vendors as needed.
- Work collaboratively with Expeditors colleagues in Mexico.
- Support document creation, data entry, document solicitation, and international trade program management activities for US and MX based clients.
- Bi-lingual (Spanish/English) communication (written and verbal) with clients and with US-based Tradewin staff is required.
- Perform work in conjunction with Tradewin’s global policies
