Sales

Our Sales teams help deliver Reckitt's purpose by building shared success with our customers, making high-quality hygiene, wellness, and nourishment accessible in stores and online. We focus on outperforming across all channels in highly competitive categories, fostering a dynamic, fast-paced environment that encourages cross-functional collaboration. Our global team comprises around 10,000 salespeople across various roles, including Field Sales, Key Accounts, Trade Marketing, and Category Development.

About the role

Your responsibilities

  1. Demonstrated leadership in managing a team of channel and account managers.
  2. Developing strong partnerships across various sales channels.
  3. Collaborating with marketing and finance to implement strategic plans.
  4. Building expertise in customer and channel strategy, and sales negotiation.
  5. Managing profit and loss with business and financial acumen.
  6. Implementing sales strategies and optimizing eCommerce platforms.
  7. Engaging in trade marketing and digital initiatives with healthcare professionals.

  • Leadership experience in managing channel and account teams.
  • Proven partnership development across sales channels.
  • Collaborative skills across marketing and finance functions.
  • Strong background in customer and channel strategies, sales negotiation.
  • Financial acumen with P&L management experience.
  • Track record of sales strategy implementation and eCommerce optimization.
  • Expertise in trade marketing and digital engagement with healthcare professionals.
