A leading global food company in Mexico City is seeking a Trade Marketing professional to develop and manage the Away From Home (AFH) strategy. The ideal candidate will have a minimum of 2 years of experience in consumer product marketing and advanced skills in English and Excel. This role is critical for aligning strategic efforts in food service, ensuring successful implementation of trade promotions across channels.

Formación

  • 2 years of experience in Marketing of consumer products.
  • Experience working in Sales / Trade marketing.
  • Experience with B2B or Foodservice industry.
  • Food Service / Away from home experience is a must.

Responsabilidades

  • Responsible for the strategy development of AFH channel and portfolio management.
  • Align the strategy of the channel considering sub channels QSR & Distributors.
  • Tropicalize and adapt global strategies to the Mexico market.
  • Co-create the innovation plan for AFH.
  • Lead the LTOS implementation in independents & QSR.
  • Manage AFH Trade Mkt budget and ZBB Administration.

Job Description

Objective

Responsible of Trade Marketing of Away From Home AFH, this role is also responsible of create food service strategic plan by having consistent communication with Marketing categories, R&D, and CMI/Growth, knowing the business characteristics, and bringing relevant market trends making Food Service portfolio a platform for trial and brand construction increasing KH's sphere of influence in different channels.

Key Activities/ Deliverables

  • Responsible of the strategy development of AFH channel and portfolio management in the company.
  • Co-create & align the strategy of the channel that includes Trade plan, 3-year plan, tactic plan for the AFH considering both sub channels QSR & Distributors.
  • Tropicalizing and adapting the global strategies or pillars to México market (Heinz verified, hospitality, etc.)
  • Co-create the innovation plan incorporating the insights & commercial inputs & leading for AFH the innovation process.
  • Co-work & leading the LTOS implementation in independents & QSR making a whole campaign in collaboration with mkt team & commercial team.
  • AFH Trade Mkt budget lead & responsible of the process and ZBB Administration.
  • Responsible of the equipment strategy (Keystones / Dispensers) and the relationship and strategy alignment with the US
  • Building the collaboration with the Mkt Managers to develop category strategy in the channel.
  • Work and develop with the Trade Marketing Manager to tropicalize the trade promotions within the cannel.


Competencies (experiences/ Education)

University Graduate, Master´s Degree if possible

Experience of 2 years working with in Marketing of consumer products.

Experience working in Sales / Trade marketing.

Experience with B2B or Foodservice industry.

Food Service / Away from home experience is a must have

Marketing And Trade Marketing Know-how.
