Formación

• 5+ years of experience in trade compliance in a manufacturing environment.
• Strong knowledge of U.S. and EU export controls and customs regulations.

What you will do:

• Lead the implementation and maintenance of trade compliance programs in accordance with local and international regulations.
• Ensure adherence to U.S. and EU export controls, sanctions, and customs regulations.
• Act as the primary contact for trade compliance issues, providing guidance to team members and management.
• Conduct regular audits and assessments of trade compliance activities to identify areas for improvement.
• Develop and deliver training programs related to trade compliance for various departments.
• Collaborate with logistics and supply chain teams to ensure proper documentation and compliance for import and export activities.
• Monitor changes in trade legislation and assess their impact on company operations.
• Prepare reports and presentations for senior management on trade compliance status and initiatives.

What we look for:

• Bachelor's degree in International Business, Trade Compliance, Law, or a related field.
• Minimum 5 years of experience in trade compliance, preferably within a manufacturing environment.
• Strong knowledge of U.S. and EU export controls and customs regulations.
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
• Strong communication skills, both verbal and written.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite; experience with trade compliance software is a plus.

Preferred qualifications:

• Certification in trade compliance or related field (e.g., CUSECO, CES).
• Experience working in a multinational organization.
