JOB DESCRIPTION

This candidate will be responsible for handling all activities related to the control and management of Annex 24 for two plants in Ciudad Juarez, Chih. The individual should follow corporate guidelines to maintain correct balances within the specified variation percentages and work closely with interdisciplinary teams across the organization (Materials, Finance, Engineering, etc.) to gather necessary information to achieve the ultimate goal.

Main Activities:

• Audit and maintain an updated database of the automated system for Annex 24 control, including materials imported and exported, BOMs, customers, suppliers, and customs brokers.
• Analyze, prepare, and calculate changes in scrap, waste, and losses regimes (positive and negative adjustments) from monthly SAP transactions.
• Reconcile balances against monthly records and physical entries at the plant.
• Review balances, consumptions, and expiration dates of temporary imports under the IMMEX program to prevent expirations and monitor balances exceeding 18/36 months.
• Verify Annex 24 system data against Data Stage reports (issued by SAT) for monthly operations, and analyze them using the Control 31 tool to ensure compliance with SAT requirements.

Required Education / Experience / Skills:

• Bachelor's Degree in International Business, Commerce (LIN, LCI, LRI), or related field.
• At least 3 years of experience working with IMMEX programs and systems (Prisma, Aranxel, Control31, Ana System preferred).
• Knowledge of the IMMEX Decree legal framework, general customs rules, and Mexican customs law.
• Experience with ERP systems such as Oracle, SAP, JD Edwards, etc.
• Proficiency in root cause analysis methodologies.
• Experience with Data Stage analysis (customs reports).
• Strong analytical and critical thinking skills.
• Results-oriented mindset.
