North American Production Sharing de México, S.A. de C.V. is seeking a Logistics and Customs Coordinator to manage transportation and compliance activities at Los Pinos Industrial Park, near Tijuana. You will coordinate carriers, prepare import/export documentation, and support tariff classification efforts.

Requirements include a bachelor's degree, 3+ years in a similar role, strong English skills, and familiarity with HTS/EAR/CTPAT regulations. Travel and a valid U.S. visa are required.

Competenze

• Bachelor's degree in a related field.
• Minimum of 3 years of experience in a similar position.
• Intermediate to advanced English proficiency.
• Strong knowledge of Customs Law, including tariff classifications, duty and tariff optimization, as well as a thorough understanding of applicable government requirements in both Mexico and the United States.
• Valid U.S. visa required. (Availability to travel.)
• Experience with CTPAT regulations and requirements.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office; strong Excel and Access experience preferred.
• Knowledge of EAR99 and ECCN classifications.
• Technical expertise in Harmonized Tariff Schedule (HTS) classification, Export Administration Regulations (EAR), and U.S. import regulations.

• Enhance existing supply chain visibility tools based on experience gained in the role, including Export on Demand, Xcarrier, FedEx, UPS, and other systems.
• Ensure compliance with applicable laws, regulations, ISO requirements, and CTPAT standards.
• Learn, understand, and prepare customs documentation for import and export activities.

Responsible for coordinating the information required for new product setups, tariff classifications, permits, and any other requirements related to customs compliance. Also coordinates logistics activities, including carriers, freight movements, transportation provider selection, customer relations, and the coordination of logistics operations.
