Reporting to the Assistant Manager, you as an Trade Compliance Administrator, will be responsible for ensuring full compliance with the company’s key certifications: AEO, IMMEX/PROSEC, and VAT.
In addition, you will coordinate and execute internal audits and targeted risk assessments with the aim of identifying areas of risk or contingencies related to AEO and VAT certification obligations.
Administer and ensure compliance with AEO certification obligations.
Administer and ensure compliance with IMMEX/PROSEC certification obligations.
Administer and ensure compliance with VAT & IEPS certification obligations.
Administer, maintain and update SE, SAT, AEO, IMMEX and VAT & IEPS portal updates submissions/notifications.
Support on special permits requests.
Location: Piedras Negras, Coahuila (Hybrid role).
3+ years of experience.
Degree preferred in Supply Chain, Business, International Trade, or related field.
English Intermediate.
Experience in Foreign Trade, Import & Export regulation.
Knowledge in SAP.
Experience in CUMPLE system.
Experience in PRISMA system.
Experience in AEO, IMMEX/PROSEC & VAT certifications.
