Job summary

The Big Job Site is seeking an on-site Logistics Coordinator to manage load statuses at every stage and maintain a high pickup and delivery success rate. You will monitor active shipments, communicate with carriers and drivers, and provide real-time updates to customers and internal teams while identifying delays and ensuring accurate documentation in the system.

Fluent English, 1 year of load-tracking experience, and strong communication skills are required; 100% on-site with a Friday–Monday

Qualifications

• Advanced English proficiency (fluent).
• At least 1 year of experience tracking loads and shipments.
• Experience tracking international shipments is a plus.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.

Responsibilities

Job Description This position is responsible for operating load statuses at every stage of the load process to ensure operations are running smoothly and maintain a 98% pickup and delivery status.

Main Responsibilities

• Monitor and track active shipments


• Proactively communicate with carriers and drivers


• Provide real-time updates to customers and internal teams


• Identify and escalation potential delays or service issues


• Ensure accurate documentation and system update

Position

• 100% ON SITE (NO HOME OFFICE)

Schedule availability

• Friday to Monday


• Days off: Tuesday to Thursday (3 days off)


• Schedule from 6:30AM -6:30PM
