A leading provider of critical decision support tools is seeking a Client Service Associate in Monterrey. This role focuses on providing product support for the Total Plan Manager platform and requires finance-related experience. Formación

  • 2-5 years of finance, accounting, or investment experience.
  • Progress towards CFA, CAIA, CIPM, or FRM is a plus.
  • Training, consulting, or client presentation experience is a plus.

Your Team Responsibilities

The Client ServiceAssociate provides product support to clients and prospects. Through hands-on training and exposure toMSCI’s PrivateAssets solutions, this individual will gain valuable product and investment knowledge, while building client relationship skills.

Thisrole focuses on theTotal Plan Managerproduct(formerly known as the Caissa Platform), which is theMSCI Private Assetsinvestment analytics platform for institutional allocators, with multi-asset class portfolios spanning private equity, hedge funds, public equity, and more.ClientsleverageTotal Plan Managerto calculate performance, quantify risk,monitorexposures,model future cashflows,andplan their assetallocationinadditionto other critical portfolio management activities

Your Key Responsibilities
  • Acquirea thorough understanding of theTotal Plan Manager platform, as well as the rest of theMSCI Private Assetsproduct suite, and how our products fit into client organizations and their processes
  • Serve as an advocate forMSCIto the client, as well as an advocate for the client withinMSCI
  • Provide first-tier product support, addressing product-related inquiriesfrom clients
  • Lead client calls and platform training sessions
  • Coordinatewithteams internally to help shape the product roadmap,validateplatform behavior, and on other projects as needed
  • Maintains positive, team-oriented attitude while motivating others
  • Established the team’s go-to resource for a specific platform functionality
  • Able to complete majority of requests (including those on technical topics) without team intervention
Your skills and experience that will help you excel
  • Bachelor’s degree(Finance, Economics, or similar fielda plus, but notrequired)
  • 2-5 years of finance, accounting, or investment experience

  • Portfolio analysis, performance measurement, or domainexpertisein investment analytics a plus
  • Proficiencyin MS Excel a plus
