Richi Circuitronix is seeking an experienced leader to drive tool and mold manufacturing operations in our Mexico facility. You will lead cross-functional teams, oversee design reviews, and ensure on-time delivery of complex molds.

The role requires deep knowledge of mold processes, quoting, and CNC/CAM programming, with a strong emphasis on lean methods and continuous improvement. This is a hands-on leadership role in a high-precision environment.

Formación

• Experience leading tool and mold manufacturing operations.
• Strong knowledge of mold design, 2D/3D CAD.
• Experience with RFQ/ECN quotations for molds.
• Expertise in DFM, Mold Flow Analysis, and CAM/CNC processes.
• Proficient in metrology: CMM, FAI, and CPK.
• Proven track record in lean cost reduction and continuous improvement.

Responsabilidades

• Lead and manage the tool manufacturing facility to meet productivity, quality, cost, and delivery targets.
• Plan, schedule, and monitor mold manufacturing activities from planning to delivery.
• Review RFQs and prepare accurate mold quotations and ECN quotations.
• Oversee mold design reviews, 2D/3D CAD models, and purchased components.
• Coordinate with engineering, design, quality, purchasing, and project management teams.
• Drive lean manufacturing, cost reduction, and process optimization.
