Richi Circuitronix seeks an experienced Senior Mold Design Engineer to lead 3D/2D mold design in NX CAD, applying DFM, GD&T, and Moldflow analytics. You will collaborate with internal teams to translate customer inputs into precise tooling specifications and BOMs, ensuring compliance with ISO 9000 and IATF 16949 standards.

Responsibilities include electrode design, mold trials support, data management, and continuous improvement across the injection mold production process.

Formación

• 8+ years in DFM preparation and mold design
• 2–3 years designing electrodes for molds including inputs for EDM
• 2–3 years preparing corrective action plans from mold trials, inspection reports and design corrections
• 1–2 years product design in 3D/2D per customer specs including GD&T
• Good understanding of GD&T
• Good understanding of Moldflow analysis results
• 2–3 years NX CAD design experience
• 7+ years exposure to injection mold manufacturing processes (EDM, CNC)
• Experience with ISO 9000 & IATF 16949 documentation

Responsabilidades

• Study customer inputs and 2D/3D data
• Prepare Tool Specification and inspection plans per inputs
• Create DFM with correct feed system and update per feedback
• Select shrinkage values for mold design
• Deliver complete 3D mold design in NX CAD per DFM and tolerances
• Produce 2D mold drawings in NX CAD with tolerances and GD&T
• Prepare BOM with standard parts, sizes, steels and hardness
• Electrode design of complete mold and related 2D drawings and BOM for EDM
• Attend mold manufacturing, assembly, and mold trials
• Suggest corrective actions for mold trials and fabrication issues
• Maintain ISO 9000 & IATF 16949 documentation and data management
• Pursue continuous efficiency improvements
