Jabil seeks a Tooling Admin Specialist to ensure timely processing of tool orders, tool part inventory, and supplier management. You will manage tool master data in ERP, administer repair procedures with suppliers, and generate production orders for tool repairs and maintenance.

Your role includes cost-optimized spare parts planning and adherence to EHS and internal specifications while supporting workshop operations and tooling efficiency.

Formación

• Experience in tooling/production environment preferred.
• Ability to manage tool orders and inventory.
• ERP system data maintenance and procurement coordination.

Responsabilidades

• Process tool orders and deliveries for consumption and new parts.
• Maintain stocking and inventory checks for tool parts.
• Maintain tool master data (BOMs/Additional items) in ERP.
• Coordinate repairs and contracts with suppliers.
• Create production orders for tool repairs and maintenance.
• Develop cost-efficient spare parts and inventory strategy.
