Jabil in Mexico's Tijuana facility seeks a Tooling Admin Specialist to ensure timely processing of tool orders, inventory control, and supplier management for workshop operations.

You will handle ERP tool data, manage spare parts and BOMs, and coordinate tool repairs with suppliers while supporting cost-efficient inventory strategies. A background in tool shops and maintenance is preferred, along with MS Office proficiency.

Responsabilidades

• Process tool orders and delivery documentation.
• Manage stocking of tool parts and inventory checks.
• Maintain tool master data and BOMs in the ERP system.
• Coordinate repairs and contracts with suppliers.
• Create production orders for tool repairs or maintenance.
• Support cost-optimized spare parts and inventory strategy.
• Perform additional duties as assigned.
