Bombardier Transportation GmbH in Mexico offers a Tooling Agent, Tool crib role focused on tooling for production lines. You will support maintenance, calibration, and certifications while addressing non-conformities and driving process improvements.

The position emphasizes tooling optimization, participation in project plans, and timely reporting. Experience in maintenance and tooling within aerospace manufacturing is valued, with a pathway for growth and development.

Formación

• Bachelor TSU in Maintenance, Mechanical, Aeronautical, Electrical or Electromechanical Engineering.
• Knowledge of tooling calibration and maintenance planning.
• Ability to analyze non-conformities and drive improvements within production tooling.

Responsabilidades

• Provide technical assistance regarding tooling for production line manufacturing processes.
• Fix tooling and execute the maintenance plan.
• Participate in certifications according to the tooling calibration schedule.
• Participate in resolution of non-conformities and optimization of operations.
• Propose and execute process improvements related to the department.
• Participate in project plans and report progress in a timely manner.
• Implement continuous improvement system tools.

What are your contributions to the team?

How to thrive in this role? Skills, knowledge & experience:

• You hold bachelor TSU in Maintenance, Mechanical, Aeronautical, Electrical, Electromechanical Engineering.
• You have knowledge resource planning and budgeting, generating reporting metrics to evaluate project plans within the team and ensuring adherence to planned budgets.
• You have english level basic-intermediate in order to understand supplier's manuals and instructions for maintenance.
• You hold knowledge in corrective, preventive and predictive maintenance.
