Formación

• 3+ años de experiencia en procesos de manufactura, preferiblemente en moldes de inyección.
• Conocimiento en mantenimiento preventivo de moldes y herramientas.

Responsabilidades

• Monitorear y asegurar el programa de mantenimiento preventivo de moldes y herramientas.
• Planificar las reparaciones de moldes según los requerimientos del cliente.

Responsibilities:

• Ensures appropriate monitoring and achievement of the preventive maintenance program for production molds and tools.
• Ensures proper implementation of mold cleaning, complying at 100% with checklist cleaning molding.
• Plan the mold repairs according to internal and external customer requirements.
• Cover tooling requirements on time and in the best conditions according to the needs of production areas in the plant.
• Ensures and maintains the quality and good conditions of the tooling according to customer requirements (Coordinating the tooling repairs, components change, preventive maintenance, and mold cleaning).
• Implement reaction plans if necessary and give a fast response to production about tooling issues.
• Application of the 5's within your workspace.
• Manages inventory levels of spare parts and secondary equipment with suppliers, purchasing, and engineering area.

Qualifications:

• Machine and tool technician, or engineer in mechanics, industrial or similar.
• 3 or more years' experience in the manufacturing processes, preferably on injection molds, multi-purpose tools, and basic knowledge in electricity.
• Mold and tools drawings.
• Components drawings and finish goods.
• SharePoint.
• Mold and tools preventive maintenance plan.
• Molds and tools records (reception, PM, cleaning historical, etc.).
• Internal instructions and procedures.
