Reboot Monkey in Toluca, MX is seeking an experienced Data Center Technician to support mission-critical infrastructure on-site. You will handle hardware installations, cabling, server racking, and cross-connects in a fast-paced data center environment.

Applicants should have 2+ years in data center or IT infrastructure, the ability to lift 50+ lbs, and strong English communication. Certifications such as CDCP/CDCS or CCNA are preferred.

Formación

• 2+ years data center or IT infrastructure experience.
• Experience with structured cabling (copper and fiber optic).
• Familiarity with major colocation providers is a plus.
• Professional communication in English.

Responsabilidades

• Perform hardware installations, decommissions, and migrations.
• Execute structured cabling (copper and fiber optic).
• Conduct server racking, stacking, and labeling.
• Perform cross-connects and patch panel work.
• Troubleshoot connectivity and hardware issues.
• Document all work with photos and detailed notes.
• Coordinate with remote NOC and client teams.
• Utilize standard tools: screwdrivers, cable testers, label makers, fiber inspection equipment.
