Reboot Monkey is seeking an experienced Data Center Technician for a full-time, on-site role in Tijuana, MX. You will install, decommission, and migrate hardware, perform cabling, rack servers, and coordinate with NOC and clients.

This position requires 2+ years in data center or IT infra, strong Cat5e/6/6a cabling skills, experience with Dell, HP, or Supermicro servers, and professional English communication. On-site work and transport are required.

Formación

• 2+ years data center or IT infrastructure experience.
• Strong cabling skills (Cat5e/6/6a, fiber) and cross-connects.
• Experience with server hardware (Dell/HP/Supermicro) and on-site work.
• Professional communication skills in English.

Responsabilidades

• Perform hardware installations, decommissions, and migrations.
• Execute structured cabling (copper and fiber) and rack servers.
• Conduct server racking, stacking, and labeling; manage cross-connects.
• Troubleshoot connectivity and hardware issues; document work with photos and notes.
• Coordinate with remote NOC and client teams; adhere to safety standards.
