This role involves developing security plans, engaging with law enforcement and providing risk analysis for TM&D operations. British American Tobacco Mexico has an exciting opportunity for a TM&D Security Analyst in Queretaro

Responsibilities
  • Develop and execute security plans to meet company business objectives
  • Maintain good relationship with law enforcement, local emergency agencies, and government services in order to provide security support to BAT
  • Provide timely advice to TM&D operations based on risk analysis
  • Provide permanently information regarding threat and impact to enable well informed business decision
  • Complete on time the risk Assessment Plan
  • Engage and work in coordination with security peers, Prevention team and Investigation team
  • Carry on continuous security audits to sales force, operation, depots/subdepots, security equipment, etc.
  • Maintain good relationships with other business functions
What are we looking for?
  • Experience working in FMCGs
  • Engagement/relationship with municipal/state Authorities
  • Experience working in Security area, at least 5 years (any area)
  • People Management knowledge
  • Organizational skills, ability to prioritize
