Postdoctoral Position at the Institute for the Future of Education

The Institute invites ambitious early-career researchers to apply for postdoctoral positions focused on developing interdisciplinary research in educational theories to enhance the teaching-learning process globally. This is a one-year contract, renewable for an additional year based on performance. Responsibilities may include assisting supervisors in teaching, not exceeding 25% of total work time.

Responsibilities

1. Design research on the teaching-learning process.
2. Apply statistical methods for data analysis in educational innovation.
3. Develop strategies for grant applications.
4. Write reports in English for submission to SCOPUS Q1/Q2 journals.
5. Participate in academic activities of the IFE.

Expected Outcomes

1. Secure research grants in scientific fields.
2. Write scientific research articles independently.
3. Develop strategies to improve the teaching-learning process.
4. Collaborate with other IFE researchers.
5. Participate in education conferences.

Qualifications

Doctoral degree in Psychology, Educational Psychology, Statistics, or related fields.

• Demonstrate leadership potential and a commitment to innovative research with high scientific impact. Experience in educational research and skills in grant and manuscript writing are preferred.
• Published articles in Scopus-indexed journals.

Professional Experience

• Desirable prior experience in research projects, international collaborations, or postdoctoral fellowships.
• Open to interdisciplinary collaboration.
• Proficiency in English at least at B2 level (CEFR).
• Ph.D. in Computer Science, AI, Mathematics, Education, Cognitive Science, or Psychology (preferably awarded in 2017 or later).
• Experience in educational research projects is preferred.
• At least four publications in Scopus-indexed journals.
