Resource Specialist

Job Description

The Resource Specialist is responsible for collaborating with Resource Managers to understand the demands and specific requirements of a job.

Provide resource options that align the right people to the right project.

The Resource Specialist will engage with Competency leads and other internal stakeholders to discuss and validate resource solutions.

This role requires understanding of utilization and other resourcing metrics.

The role will assess the impact of resource demands and capacity constraints on existing planning and resource allocations.

Skills

• SAP knowledge / familiarity preferred.
• Bilingual (French/English) preferred, but not mandatory.
• Good communication and collaboration skills are key to this role.
