Job Title: Administrative Assistant

Job Summary
We are looking for a highly organized and detail-oriented Administrative Assistant to provide essential support to our team. This role involves handling administrative tasks, managing schedules, coordinating meetings, and ensuring smooth day-to-day office operations. The ideal candidate should have excellent communication skills, strong multitasking abilities, and a proactive approach to problem-solving.

Key Responsibilities

  1. Administrative Support
  2. Prepare reports, presentations, meeting minutes, and status reports.
  3. Handle data entry, record-keeping.
  4. Assist in tracking project deliverables and deadlines.
Scheduling & Coordination
  1. Schedule and coordinate meetings, training sessions, and workshops.
  2. Support communication between project teams, stakeholders, and vendors.
  3. Assist in onboarding new team members and managing access requests.
Office & Team Support
  1. Greet and assist visitors, clients, and employees.
  2. Assist in onboarding new employees and handling office logistics.
  3. Ensure office procedures and policies are followed.
Other Duties
  1. Assist with special projects and research as needed.
  2. Handle expense reports, invoices, and procurement requests.
  3. Support department-specific tasks based on business needs.
  4. Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures.
Qualifications & Skills
  1. Education: High school diploma required; Associate’s or Bachelor’s degree preferred.
  2. Experience: 1-3 years of experience in an administrative or office support role.
Technical Skills
  1. Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
  2. Familiarity with office management tools (e.g., Google Workspace, SAP, or project management software).
Soft Skills
  1. Strong organizational and time-management abilities.
  2. Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  3. Attention to detail and ability to prioritize tasks.
