A leading firm in human resources is seeking a Senior Human Resources Generalist in Tijuana, Baja California. You will support HR leadership and optimize talent through collaboration with managers. The ideal candidate has a Bachelor’s degree and 4+ years of HR experience. This position requires knowledge in talent management, data analysis, and local labor laws. Job Summary

The Senior Human Resources Generalist will support HR leadership in executing daily delivery of HR services and assist in building and optimizing talent by partnering with the HR Manager and managers of people.

Accountabilities & Responsibilities
  • Adheres to Integer Core Value and all safety, environmental, security and quality requirements including, but not limited to: Quality Management Systems (QMS), Safety, Environmental and Security Management Systems, U.S. Food and Drug Administration (FDA) regulations, company policies and operating procedures, and other regulatory requirements.
  • Partners with business operations leaders to ensure an extensive understanding of business needs and objectives.
  • Leads and executes HR initiatives and services for set client groups.
  • Develops solutions through organization effectiveness and employment lifecycle management.
  • Responsible for providing HR guidance, coaching, and direction to managers in areas including but not limited to; talent management, succession planning, total rewards, policy interpretation, associate data integrity, communication effectiveness, associate engagement, and leadership best practices.
  • Partners with HR COE’s and performs research in areas including but not limited to, recruitment of site direct and indirect labor, associate orientation, benefits, and manager development training.
  • Utilizes HR systems to generate reports and perform analysis to identify trends in performance, turnover, compensation, etc. and utilizes findings to develop solutions that address business needs.
  • Proactively audits and maintains associates' digital records to ensure data integrity.
  • Participates on enterprise-wide HR Project teams to develop and implement process improvements that drive HR’s strategic vision.
  • Promotes associate contribution and commitment through facilitation of focus groups, surveys, round tables, town halls and other forums to assess and deploy culture initiatives.
  • Promotes an issue-free work environment that adherence to Integer values.
  • Acts as an escalation point for associate concerns, complaints and/or workplace conflict. Develops and implements solutions to prevent repeat occurrences.
  • Ensures compliance with all local/state/country labor laws and regulations.
  • Performs other duties as required.
Education & Experience
  • Bachelor’s degree in human resources, Business or related discipline
  • 4+ years of experience or 6+ years of experience with an associate’s degree
