2. Opera maquinaria CNC utilizada en la manufactura de productos bajo supervisión moderada.
3. Aplica de manera eficiente y con disciplina la terminación de tareas y asignaciones, resuelve problemas rutinarios con algo de latitud de juicio independiente.
4. Puede involucrase en el set-up de equipo y/o calibración de asignaciones complejas.
5. Realiza la carga de materiales de componente en herramientas de productos específicos y/o realiza operaciones de terminado.
6. Puede leer y seguir manuales de operación, así como instructivos y procedimientos de mantenimiento.
7. Inspecciona piezas visual y dimensionalmente para asegurar el cumplimiento con los requerimientos. Sigue la documentación establecida para la manufactura de productos.
8. Limpia y mantiene la maquinaria como sea necesario. Realiza otras funciones según se requiera.
Preparatoria terminada o carrera técnica equivalente.
Antigüedad mínima de 2 años con experiencia de trabajo afín y/o 2-4 años de experiencia operando maquina vertical CNC en un ambiente de manufactura regulada; experiencia en dispositivos médicos preferida.
Conocimiento en proceso de dibujos y planos con habilidad de interpretar información.
Habilidad para trabajar con piezas pequeñas de precisión, manejo de instrumentos de medición como micrómetro, drop gage, tool Scope y CMM.
Deberá tener conocimiento básico de técnicas de inspección visual y dimensional.
