A leading global drinks company is seeking a professional to oversee and influence the Supply Chain for its renowned brands in Mexico City. The successful candidate will have 5+ years of experience in operations or project management, strong leadership skills, and be fluent in both English and Spanish. This role offers a Fixed Term Contract and emphasizes a commitment to flexibility and diversity.

About the role

This role provides a distinctive opportunity to oversee and influence Third Parties from an end-to-end Supply Chain perspective, safeguarding the reputation of globally recognized brands including Smirnoff, Captain Morgan, and the Ready-to-Drink (RTD) portfolio. It represents a key strategic position in advancing our growth objectives and strengthening TBA market share in Mexico.

Required qualifications
  • Confirmed experience implementing strategic business plans and delivering measurable results in Supply Chain, with 5+ years in roles such as Operations or Project Management (beer or spirits industry preferred).
  • Strong leadership and team development skills, with the ability to influence key partners and handle external Third-Party Operators (TPOs).
  • Expertise in risk analysis, strategic opportunity identification, and application of industry critical metrics (productivity, quality, health, safety, and environment).
  • Advanced analytical capabilities, translating insights into business impact, with strong commercial competence and understanding of demand–supply dynamics.
  • Skilled in key partners engagement and cross-functional coordination across planning, logistics, production, procurement, and warehousing.
  • Proficient in English and Spanish (written and spoken) with excellent communication, project management, and time management skills.
  • Highly adaptable, results oriented, and able to operate effectively at strategic, tactical, and operational levels.
