Job Overview

  1. Support training coordination efforts by assisting with logistics, tracking, and communication related to required training programs.
  2. Provide general support to the Enterprise Risk Management team as needed, including help with tracking training programs, reporting, and cross-functional coordination.
  3. Collect necessary information from business users regarding ICs.
  4. Direct business users to appropriate workflows (as applicable, including subsequent process changes).
  5. Draft Master Services Agreements (“MSA”) and Statements of Work (“SOW”) to govern IC projects.
  6. Provide suggestions for MSA and SOW template updates (as needed).
  7. Track IC access to Mitratech systems, data, and client data.
  8. Coordinate with HR on background checks and policy acknowledgment.
  9. Submit System Access and System Revocation requests based on IC start/end dates.
  10. Assist business users with collection of Third Party Questionnaire Details.
  11. Develop Third Party workflow to streamline requests.
  12. Collaborate with legal, accounting, business applications, and department heads regarding third-party requests.
  13. Assist with annual and ad hoc vendor risk audits.
  14. Perform other responsibilities as assigned.

Requirements & Skills:

  1. Corporate legal or law firm experience or an equivalent combination of education and experience is required. Experience coordinating with third parties is preferred.
  2. Superior organizational skills to maintain order of files and prioritize work.
  3. Strong reading comprehension skills, especially related to legal documents.
  4. Proficiency in acting as liaison between legal, HR, IT, accounting, and department managers.
  5. Ability to work in a high-paced environment handling multiple tasks concurrently with great attention to detail.
  6. Strong written and oral communication and interpersonal skills, with a strong command of English grammar, punctuation, and editing skills.
  7. Ability to maintain a high level of confidentiality regarding projects, legal, and business information at all times.
  8. Proficient in Microsoft Word, Excel, Outlook, and PowerPoint.

Education:

  • Bachelor’s degree is preferred. Relevant experience may be considered in place of formal education credits.
