Formación

• Hands-on soldering and basic assembly of electronic components.
• Experience with ICT in-line / FVTs.
• Preventive maintenance of test equipment / ICT fixtures.
• RF test station support.
• Strong troubleshooting and diagnostic skills for electronic and electro-mechanical systems.
• Experience using test equipment and following procedures.
• Knowledge of calibration practices and adherence to quality standards.
• Clear reporting and collaboration with cross-functional teams.
• Technical diploma in electronics or related field or equivalent experience.
• Ability to read technical drawings and schematics.
• Attention to detail and safety compliance.
• Prior experience in electronics manufacturing or testing is a plus.

Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site Test Technician role based in Tlajomulco de Zúñiga, JAL. The Test Technician will perform functional and in-circuit testing of electronic assemblies, using a variety of test equipment to verify product performance and quality. Daily tasks include setting up test stations, executing test procedures, recording and analyzing results, and identifying and troubleshooting faults or nonconformities. The role also involves performing basic calibration checks, assisting with root cause analysis, and collaborating with production and engineering teams to resolve issues efficiently. The Test Technician will follow safety and quality standards, maintain accurate documentation, and support continuous improvement of testing processes.

Qualifications

• Hands-on skills in soldering and basic assembly of electronic components.
• ICT in-line /FVTs
• Preventive Maintenanace of test equipment / ict fixtures.
• RF Test station support
• Strong troubleshooting abilities and diagnostic skills for electronic and electro-mechanical systems.
• Experience using test equipment (e.g., multimeters, oscilloscopes, ICT fixtures) and following test procedures.
• Knowledge of calibration practices for test instruments and adherence to quality standards.
• Clear communication skills for reporting test results, documenting issues, and collaborating with cross-functional teams.
• Technical diploma or degree in electronics, electromechanics, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience.
• Ability to read and interpret technical drawings, schematics, and work instructions.
• Attention to detail, reliability in following standardized processes, and commitment to workplace safety.
• Previous experience in electronics manufacturing or testing environments is an advantage.
