Qualifications

• Ability to read, analyze, and interpret general business documents and technical procedures.
• Ability to write clear reports, business correspondence, and procedure manuals.
• Strong numerical skills and basic statistics for process yields and SPC.

Responsibilities

• Analyze daily process yield reports including operator errors, defects, test equipment issues, and root-cause actions.
• Increase production yields by reducing operator errors and defects through collaboration with departments.
• Assist maintenance programs to reduce downtime and improve process yields.
• Review downtime and prevention guidelines to schedule maintenance.
• Maintain process manuals and documentation.
• Verify 5x5 tests are performed per procedures.
• Perform walkthroughs, inspections, and product testing as needed.
• Evaluate NPI test processes and prevent test escapes.
• Ensure testing completeness and reliability across assemblies.
• Document and update procedures as required.
• Support Project Test Engineer in process reviews.
• Set up equipment for programming and verification tests per procedures.
