Job summary

Sanmina Corporation is seeking a Test Equipment Maintenance Technician 3 in our facility in Jalisco, Mexico. The role involves diagnosing electrical, mechanical and software issues on complex test equipment and performing repairs and reassembly as instructed by engineers and technicians.

You will dismantle and reassemble equipment, read layout plans and use blueprints or manuals to guide troubleshooting and testing procedures.

Qualifications

• Experience with troubleshooting non-functioning test equipment.
• Ability to dismantle, adjust, repair and assemble equipment.
• Ability to read layout plans and blueprints or manuals.

Test Equipment Maintenance Technician 3: Performs electrical, mechanical or software troubleshooting to determine problems in non-functioning test equipment. Dismantles, adjusts, repairs and assembles equipment according to layout plans, blueprints, operating or repair manuals, and/or rough sketches or drawings. Uses test and diagnostic equipment to perform checkouts. May perform equipment modifications as directed by test/manufacturing engineers.
