Job Responsibilities:

1. Develop departmental standards and procedures.
2. Review and approve test and evaluation methods for standard and special devices.
3. Specify the tests to perform, compile data, and make recommendations for required changes to test equipment, procedures, manufacturing processes and/or new testing requirements.
4. Design, develop, and implement cost-effective methods of testing and troubleshooting systems and equipment.
5. Prepare test and diagnostic programs, design test fixtures and equipment, and complete specifications and procedures for new products.
6. Plan the labor, schedules, and equipment required for testing and evaluating standard and special devices.

Minimum Qualifications:

1. Education: Engineering in communications and electronics, Electronics, Mechatronics or related.
2. Advanced English proficiency.
3. Minimum of 5 years of related experience.
4. Knowledge in RF and Fiber Optic.
5. Knowledge in telecommunication equipment with fiber optics.
6. Experience with customers handling RF and Optical Fiber.
7. Knowledge in systems: Agile, Oracle, LabView.

Skills:

1. Good communication skills.
2. Capacity to work under pressure.
3. Definition, specification, and application of standards, methods, and procedures to inspect, test, and evaluate the accuracy and reliability of the company's products (TL9000, ISO, IPC610, ESD, 5'S, QCP and FMEA, 8D, SPC, DEMAIC, NPI, LEAN SIX SIGMA).
