Capgemini Mexico is seeking a SAP BTP Test Consultant / Test Automation Lead to guide quality engineering for SAP BTP and cloud solutions. You will design test strategies, drive automation, and ensure robust CI/CD gates across SAP Fiori/UI5 and APIs.

You will collaborate with business, development, DevOps, and architecture teams, mentor engineers, and establish metrics to improve release quality and velocity.

Formación

• 8+ years of experience in Software Testing, Quality Engineering, or Test Automation.
• 3+ years of experience testing SAP BTP applications and cloud-based SAP solutions.
• Strong experience with API testing, integration testing, and end-to-end business process validation.
• Hands-on experience with SAP Fiori/UI5 testing and validation.
• Experience designing automated testing frameworks and regression suites.
• Strong understanding of CI/CD processes and automated quality gates.
• Familiarity with cloud platforms, SAP integration technologies, and modern DevOps practices.
• Experience working in Agile and DevOps delivery environments.
• Excellent stakeholder management, communication, and leadership skills.

Responsabilidades

• Lead end-to-end testing activities for SAP BTP applications and cloud-based solutions.
• Design and implement test strategies covering functional, integration, regression, API, and end-to-end testing.
• Drive test automation initiatives to improve quality, delivery speed, and regression coverage.
• Validate SAP Fiori/UI5 applications, ensuring functionality, usability, and performance expectations are met.
• Perform integration testing across SAP and non-SAP systems, ensuring reliable data flows and business process continuity.
• Develop and maintain API testing frameworks for cloud services, integrations, and microservices.
• Integrate automated testing into CI/CD pipelines to support continuous quality assurance and release readiness.
• Establish test metrics, dashboards, and quality reporting for technical and business stakeholders.
• Collaborate with development, DevOps, and architecture teams to define quality standards and testing best practices.
• Identify testing risks, quality gaps, and automation opportunities while driving continuous improvement initiatives.
