More about the role

This is an exciting job opportunity for you to light the way as a Test Automation Engineer with Cooper Lighting Solutions in Monterrey.

• This role is responsible for improving testing processes of the Production Unit (PU) in safety, yields, efficiency, quality and reliability performance, ensuring stable production.

• Develop and Implement Products Automated Test Processes, and Document the Testing Process.

• Equipment Selection, installation and Setup, including required Fixtures design, validation and manufacturing release, and its corresponding technical support.

• Responsible for deploying and executing continuous improvement capabilities in automation & testing.

• Support new products introductions with highly efficient automated test production metrics.

More about you

• Bachelor degree completed in Mechatronics, Electronics or Electrical Engineer - or similar.

• +4 years of experience in tests and automation - broadened/theoretically automated testing knowledge for products/services.

• Deep understanding of continuous improvement for automated testing processes.

• Experienced Programmer with C++, Python, LabView, Test Sequencers programming or similar.

• Experience on Test Stations Automation and other manufacturing processes.

• Experience with Arduinos, PLCs, and similars.

• Advanced English is a plus.
