We are seeking an exceptional individual to join our Territory Operations team in Mexico. If you're passionate about designing and building innovative solutions to complex problems, this could be the role for you.

As a Territory Operations Manager, you will help shape the strategy and optimize operations for Delivery, Merchants, and Eaters in the region. You will collaborate with local Commercial teams and Central Operations to design and lead impactful projects and experiments that drive efficiency and reliability.

This role will work closely with Central Operations, Commercial Leadership, and XF teams to execute key priorities and measure results.

What You’ll Do

1. Coordinate Strategy Across the Region: Align Central Operations teams to ensure a unified, cohesive operational strategy while adapting to local market needs.
2. Standardize Execution in Key Areas: Implement scalable strategies and processes to maintain consistency and efficiency across all regions.
3. Drive Hyperlocal Consumer Growth: Use data-driven insights and marketing efforts to drive demand, optimize pricing, and enhance customer engagement in key areas.
4. Ensure Hyperlocal Operational Success: Optimize merchant performance and courier supply, tackling operational challenges to improve service reliability.
5. Support & Align Commercial Teams: Provide operational insights and infrastructure support to Sales and Account Management teams, ensuring alignment with the specific needs of the region.

Basic Qualifications

1. A minimum of 5 years of professional experience in a related field such as consulting, investment banking, strategy, operations, or analytics.
2. Strong proficiency in SQL and Excel/Google Sheets (MUST).
3. Advanced proficiency in English.
4. Ability to thrive in a fast-paced and ambiguous environment.
5. Experience solving complex problems and proposing unique solutions.
6. Strong experience in building and executing complex processes.
7. Excellent communication and presentation skills, including the ability to present data and insights to a sophisticated audience.
8. Experience with quantitative data analysis to provide deep, measurable insights.
9. Strong collaboration and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to build trust-based relationships across teams and partners.
10. Strong business judgment and critical thinking skills, with the ability to use data to make informed decisions quickly.
