Local Division Manager

Your Role and Responsibilities

In this role, you will collaborate with the Sales organization and customers throughout the proposal process by preparing technical descriptions of products and technologies. You will determine costs, prepare final documentation, and serve as a key technical resource. You will analyze lost proposals, identify causes, and recommend future actions. The work model is: #LI-Remote. This role contributes to the Process Automation Marine & Ports division in Mexico. Your main responsibilities include:

• Supporting the development and maintenance of positive customer relationships
• Preparing customer proposals, cost calculations, and sales support materials
• Maintaining the Strategy process for a defined area (geographic, organizational, offering-wise)
• Driving development initiatives jointly agreed upon
• Identifying customer needs
• Finding cost savings and profitability opportunities
• Supporting and leading development plans and initiatives
• Participating in local and regional strategy initiatives

Qualifications

• Excellent communication skills in English, both oral and written, with the ability to build commitment in diverse environments
• Cyber Security knowledge is required
• At least 2 years of tendering experience; experience in the marine industry, electrical engineering, or diesel engines is a plus
• Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering, IT, or Mechanical Engineering
• Openness to new ideas, strong prioritization skills, and leadership qualities
• Ability to build professional relationships with customers and internal teams
