Panduit is seeking an Order Management Associate in Mexico to entry distributor orders into the order management system and provide ongoing order maintenance. You will coordinate with internal teams and customers to ensure accurate, on-time delivery while supporting sample orders for internal groups.

The role includes handling pricing inquiries and resolving order discrepancies as part of a responsive, collaborative team.

Formación

• High School Diploma or equivalent required.
• 1-3 years of experience preferred.
• Fluent English required.

Responsabilidades

• Order Management: Enter distributor purchase orders into the order management system.
• Enter sample orders for internal customers in various non-commercial groups.
• Prepare export documents for freight carriers and coordinate shipments.
• Manage the auto ship and debit account correction process for EDI orders and resolve order discrepancies.
• Distribute workload from the customer service mailbox into different workflow queues.
• Handle pricing and availability inquiries and cross-reference requests from customers.
• Provide follow-up on orders to ensure timely and accurate delivery.
• Resolve delivery delays and part number changes; process expeditious transactions and required documentation.

The Order Management Associate handles the entry of distributor orders into order management system and provides order maintenance as required.

What will you do:

• Order Management: Receive purchase orders electronically from distributors or approved purchasers and enter them into the order management system.
• Enter sample orders for internal customers in various non-commercial groups.
• The International Shipment Coordinator prepares export documents for freight carriers and coordinates shipments.
• The EDI Administrator manages the auto ship and debit account correction process for EDI system orders and resolves order-related discrepancies.
• The Namer distributes workload from the customer service mailbox into different workflow queues.
• Customer Requests: Handle pricing and availability inquiries, as well as cross-reference requests from customers.
• Order Follow-up: Provide follow-up on orders to ensure timely and accurate delivery.
• Resolve issues related to delivery delays, price discrepancies, part number changes, etc.
• Additional Transactions: Process transactions such as expedites, document reprints, creation of certificates of compliance, and other required documentation.
