International Paper in Querétaro, Mexico, seeks a Financial Analyst for a six-month, full-time temporary assignment. The role focuses on corporate services invoicing, purchase orders, accruals and supplier payments, with SAP and SAP Concur administration.

Ideal candidates have recent finance/administration experience, strong Excel, and excellent English. Candidates should be detail-oriented, proactive and able to learn quickly in a deadline-driven environment, with the ability to hand over

Formación

Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Accounting, Finance or related field.
Up to ~2 years of experience in administrative, accounting or financial activities.
Advanced English proficiency, both written and spoken.
Advanced Microsoft Excel skills.
Exposure to SAP and SAP Concur is preferred.

Responsabilidades

Invoicing and payment processing for corporate services.
Create SAP purchase requisitions and monitor approval workflow.
Maintain accruals for corporate services and validate payments.
Coordinate with Procurement, Accounts Payable and internal stakeholders.
Maintain records of requests, approvals, services received, payments and actions.
Prepare a complete handover and documentation at the end of six months.
