International Paper in Querétaro, Mexico seeks an SOP Analyst - Finance to document, optimize, and govern financial processes. You will develop SOPs, maps, and policies, while partnering with Finance leaders to identify improvements, strengthen controls, and support decision-making through data analysis.

You will also drive Lean/Six Sigma initiatives, create dashboards, and collaborate with Shared Services and Accounting to ensure compliance and scalable solutions within a global packaging

Formación

• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, Business Administration, Industrial Engineering, or related field.

Responsabilidades

• Develop, document, and maintain Finance-related SOPs, policies, workflows, and process maps.
• Ensure processes are documented, standardized, and aligned with objectives.
• Conduct periodic SOP reviews to reflect changes in business, system, or regulations.
• Support compliance by aligning procedures with internal controls and policies.
• Analyze current Finance processes to identify inefficiencies and automation opportunities.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to redesign workflows for consistency and scalability.
• Support Lean/Six Sigma/Operational Excellence initiatives.
• Track projects and communicate results to leadership.
• Analyze financial data to identify trends, risks, and opportunities.
• Develop reports, dashboards, and performance metrics for Finance leadership.
• Communicate findings to support strategic decisions.
• Assist in cost optimization and productivity improvements.
