Inspired Education Group is seeking a dedicated Substitute Homeroom Teacher for 4th Grade at AIM Campus Valle in Monterrey. This temporary role runs from October through December 2026, with responsibilities to maintain continuity of learning and a positive classroom environment.

You will deliver curriculum, monitor progress, and support student wellbeing within our international school network. The ideal candidate will hold a teaching degree, have elementary experience, and work collaboratively

Formación

• Bachelor's degree in Education or related field.
• Experience teaching at elementary/primary level.
• Strong communication and classroom management.

Responsabilidades

• Take full responsibility for the 4th Grade homeroom during substitution.
• Plan and deliver engaging lessons aligned with curriculum objectives.
• Create an inclusive, well-managed classroom environment.
• Assess and monitor student progress, providing feedback.
• Adapt teaching to meet different learning needs.
• Maintain clear routines and expectations for behavior.
• Collaborate with teachers and academic leaders on curriculum delivery.
• Communicate with parents regarding student progress and wellbeing.
• Participate in school meetings and related activities.
• Follow safeguarding and health & safety policies.
