This remote full-time role offers a competitive salary and uncapped commissions based on sales performance. Successful candidates will have prior telesales experience, a passion for beauty and wellness, and strong communication skills. You will be responsible for making outbound calls, building client relationships, and achieving sales targets.

Key Traits & Requirements

• Goal-oriented and driven to consistently meet or exceed sales targets
• Friendly, persuasive, and highly approachable with a genuine customer service mindset
• Passionate about medspa, beauty, and wellness services—ideally with personal experience as a user
• Previous experience in consumer telesales (outbound, not B2B) is essential
• Clear and fluent English communication with a strong “American-sounding” accent
• Comfortable working remotely and managing your own schedule responsibly

Responsibilities

• Conduct outbound calls to promote GlowMed Spa’s services and packages to prospective clients
• Build rapport quickly and effectively to convert leads into bookings and sales
• Demonstrate in-depth knowledge of our medspa and beauty treatments to educate and engage clients
• Consistently track, monitor, and achieve or surpass sales quotas
• Maintain detailed and accurate records of all client interactions using CRM software

Nice to Have

• Experience in sales within beauty, aesthetics, or wellness industries
• Familiarity with medspa environments and treatments
