Formación

  • Minimum 5 years of experience in multichannel sales with a focus on telemarketing.
  • Proven track record in managing acquisition processes and pipeline management.
  • Project Management skills and fluent in English.

We are seeking a strategic and results-driven Sales Manager to lead our Telemarketing Acquisition Channel; a key pillar of our Internal Sales & Digital Leads Sales strategy. This leadership role is central to driving customer acquisition, cross-selling, and revenue growth through high-performing telemarketing teams.

  • How Will You Make an Impact in This Role?

    We are seeking a strategic and results-driven Sales Manager to lead our Telemarketing Acquisition Channel; a key pillar of our Internal Sales & Digital Leads Sales strategy. This leadership role is central to driving customer acquisition, cross-selling, and revenue growth through high-performing telemarketing teams.

    Key Responsibilities

    · Lead and execute strategies to maximize sales effectiveness by developing solution-selling skills and performance standards within the telemarketing team.

    · Drive customer acquisition and cross-sell opportunities by leveraging data-driven targeting models and channel optimization.

    · Manage and optimize the telemarketing sales pipeline, ensuring it is robust, high-converting, and aligned with acquisition targets.

    · Ensure cost efficiency, productivity, and sales quality KPIs are consistently achieved within the telemarketing operation.

    · Collaborate with internal stakeholders in Digital Sales to effectively manage leads captured across online channels and optimize conversion by leveraging a targeted contact strategy.

    · Serve as a key contributor to growing the Mexico Customer Base, especially through initiatives that impact revenue across internal channels.

    · Partner with the Capabilities and UX team to improve the customer journeys and boost sales conversion through seamless, experience-driven solutions.

    · Motivate and energize teams by promoting a high-performance, customer-first culture within the telemarketing function.

Minimum Qualifications

Qualifications

· Minimum 5 years of experience in multichannel sales, with a strong focus on telemarketing and cross-sell.

· Proven track record in managing acquisition processes, including structured methodologies and pipeline management.

· Demonstrated ability to build, lead, and motivate high-performance sales teams in a telemarketing or call center environment.

· Strategic and analytical thinker with strong sales execution and channel development expertise.

· Excellent collaboration and influence skills, with the ability to work cross-functionally and externally.

· Skilled in building top-tier sales teams through performance management and continuous enablement.

· Strong interpersonal and stakeholder management skills.

· University degree in Business or a related field.

· Project Management skills.

· Fluent in English.
