Bain & Company is seeking an Expert Telecoms Consultant to advance the firm’s telecoms capabilities in the Americas. You will lead data-driven analyses, deliver high-impact client recommendations, and mentor teams across global offices.

You will collaborate with Bain partners to design analyses and implement telecoms solutions. This role requires travelling regionally, working at client locations or Bain offices, and contributing to the Telecoms Center of Expertise.

Formación

• BA or equivalent required
• 4+ years of telecoms industry experience
• Strong proficiency in big data gathering, manipulation, analytics, and visualization (Python/SQL)
• Ability to quickly pick up and apply complex topics
• Strong problem-definition and problem-solving abilities
• Excellent analytical, communication and PowerPoint skills
• Proven ability to work with diverse, distributed teams and stakeholders
• Willingness to travel to client sites

Responsabilidades

• Understand scope with case team Partner/Senior Manager and provide telecoms subject-matter advice
• Turn data into actionable insights and high-impact recommendations
• Project-manage telecoms workstreams with clear deliverables and timelines
• Lead on-shore/off-shore teams to execute analyses and backlogs
• Train clients to implement new approaches and tools
• Contribute to telecoms CoE content and IP
• Support proposals and internal telecoms initiatives
