El candidato ideal tendrá un diploma técnico o en ingeniería, experiencia en mantenimiento y habilidades en programación de PLC Siemens. Formación

• Diploma técnico o estudios en ingeniería en mantenimiento, mecánica, eléctrica o afines.
• Experiencia mínima de un año en mantenimiento industrial.
• Conocimientos intermedios en programación de PLCs.

Responsabilidades

• Asegurar el uso eficiente del tiempo en el sitio y registrar órdenes de mantenimiento en SAP PM.
• Generar ideas de mejora en métodos y equipos para aumentar la productividad.
• Mantener herramientas y equipos de trabajo en condiciones óptimas.

Job Description

1. Ensure the efficient use of time on site and record it through maintenance orders in SAP PM.
2. Adhere to internal maintenance work procedures.
3. Understand maintenance indicators such as MTTR, MTBF, MP compliance, labor, and attend to recommendations for improvement.
4. Generate improvement ideas in methods, machinery, processes, and equipment to enhance maintenance and plant productivity indicators.
5. Maintain cleanliness and order in production equipment and work areas.
6. Keep tools and work equipment in optimal condition, organized, and clean.
7. Be fully available to perform all assigned tasks, including general maintenance of the entire plant and process equipment.

Qualifications

• Technical high school diploma, ongoing engineering studies, or engineering degree (industrial maintenance, mechanical, electrical, systems, automation, or related).
• Training or courses in sensors, electrical systems, or signal sampling.
• Training in electric motors and variable speed drives.
• At least one year of experience in industry within a plant maintenance team.
• Experience with industrial equipment and automation.
• Intermediate to advanced proficiency in Siemens PLC programming.
• Experience in troubleshooting and repairing PLCs and HMIs.
