Jones Lang LaSalle Incorporated on-site in Mexico seeks a hands-on Maintenance Technician to maintain preventive, predictive and corrective mechanical systems, doors, and access coverings at our on-site facility. You will ensure maintenance reports are completed, follow safety procedures, and coordinate with the team to meet client expectations.

Experience with electrical diagrams and motors/transmissions is preferred, with flexibility to work shifts.

Formación

• Experience performing preventive, predictive, and corrective maintenance.
• Knowledge of mechanical transmission systems and industrial doors.
• Familiar with electrical control and power diagrams.
• Welding processes knowledge is a plus.

Responsabilidades

• Ensure proper completion of maintenance formats/reports at end of the morning/afternoon/night shift as assigned.
• Follow the preventive maintenance program for rolling shutters and fire curtains.
• Collaborate with team and management to ensure client satisfaction.
• Adhere to safety procedures and work orders.
• Punctual completion of work orders.
• Use of personal protective equipment (PPE).
• Knowledge of electrical control and power diagrams.
• Knowledge of welding processes.

Descripción Puesto de Trabajo: Personal con conocimientos en el mantenimiento preventivo, predictivo y correctivo en mecanismos de transmisión mecánica, puertas mecánicas, cortinas de acceso (enrollables) y corta fuego.

Responsibilities

• Asegurar el correcto llenado de los formatos/ reportes de mantenimiento al termino de las actividades en turno matutino / vespertino o nocturno, según el turno de asistencia.
• Seguimiento al programa de mantenimiento preventivo de instalaciones de cortinas cortafuego y cortinas de acceso.
• Colaborar con los miembros del equipo y la dirección para garantizar la satisfacción del cliente.
• Respetar los procedimientos y directrices de seguridad en JLL.
• Cumplimiento puntual de las órdenes de trabajo.
• Uso de equipo de trabajo obligatorio (EPP).
• Conocimiento de diagramas eléctricos de control y fuerza.
• Conocimiento en procesos de soldaduras
• Conocimiento en motores, mecanismos de transmisión mecánica
• Conocimiento en cortinas enrollables
• Disponibilidad de horario (se rolarán turnos)
• Descanso entre semana
