Convergint in Querétaro, México, busca un Técnico de Servicios para un puesto a tiempo completo, presencial, enfocado en instalación, mantenimiento y servicio de sistemas de tecnología y seguridad. Realizará mantenimiento preventivo y reparaciones, mercados de diagnóstico y atenderá llamadas de servicio en instalaciones de clientes.

El rol implica documentar el trabajo, coordinar con equipos de proyecto y comunicar estado, recomendaciones y próximos pasos, manteniendo la seguridad y cumpliendo

Formación

• Maintenance and repair skills for electronic or building systems.

Role Description

The Tecnico de Servicios is a full-time, on-site role based in Querétaro, QUE, responsible for supporting the installation, maintenance, and service of building technology and security systems. This role performs routine and preventive maintenance, conducts diagnostic checks, and completes repairs on electronic security, fire and life safety, and related systems in customer facilities. The technician provides field service, including responding to service calls, troubleshooting issues on-site, and ensuring systems operate according to design and safety standards. Daily activities include documenting work performed, collaborating with project teams, and communicating clearly with customers about system status, recommendations, and next steps. The role also involves following company and customer safety procedures, maintaining tools and test equipment, and contributing to a positive, service-focused team environment.

Qualifications

• Strong Maintenance & Repair and Maintenance skills for electronic, security, or building systems.
• Proficiency in Troubleshooting and Field Service activities, including diagnosing and resolving technical issues on-site.
• Demonstrated Customer Service skills, with the ability to communicate professionally and build trust with clients.
• Knowledge of electronic, electromechanical, or low-voltage systems; experience with security, fire, or automation systems is an advantage.
• Ability to read and interpret technical documentation, wiring diagrams, and service manuals.
• Comfort working in the field, including at customer facilities, with adherence to safety standards and procedures.
• Strong organizational skills to manage service tasks, reports, and time effectively.
• Relevant technical education or certification in electronics, telecommunications, electrical engineering, or a related discipline preferred.
• Willingness to participate in ongoing training and learn new technologies and products.
• Valid authorization to work in Mexico and ability to travel locally to customer sites as needed.
