Una empresa líder en el sector de la salud busca un SENIOR OPERATIONS TECHNICIAN para su planta en Ciudad Juárez. Este rol implica el manejo técnico de equipos de producción, asegurando la calidad y eficiencia en el mantenimiento. Se requiere formación técnica y experiencia en un entorno regulado. Los candidatos deben ser proactivos y cumplir con las normativas de seguridad y medio ambiente.

Formación

  • 5-10 años de experiencia relacionada o capacitación.
  • Conocimiento de GMPs y documentación, preferiblemente en la industria médica.
  • Proficiencia en paquetes informáticos.

Responsabilidades

  • Configuración y documentación de equipos de manufactura.
  • Soporte para la reparación oportuna de equipos y maquinaria.
  • Participar en la transferencia de nuevas líneas de producción.

Position:

We are searching for the best talent for SENIOR OPERATIONS TECHNICIAN to be in Cd. Juarez, at plant Salvarcar.

Purpose:

Exercises technical knowledge and expertise to assign specific projects to the support function of the Production Equipment Repair & Maintenance unit, advising team members on task execution to ensure accuracy, timeliness, and quality of deliverables. Facilitates the technical implementation, modification, and ongoing monitoring of the quality, safety, and efficiency of production equipment repair & maintenance of unit-based items. Acts as a technical expert collaborating with Manufacturing Engineers to develop repair and maintenance schematics for new and improved processes, tools, and equipment. Identifies and documents operational control standards and testing equipment to assess conformance with engineering specifications. Troubleshoots and resolves technical production line problems to minimize rejection levels, monitoring gauges and indicators of equipment performance. Understands and applies Johnson & Johnson’s Credo and Leadership Imperatives in daily interactions. This position does not require prior experience and is overtime eligible.

Responsibilities:
  • Manufacturing equipment setup and documentation.
  • Support timely repair of equipment and machinery.
  • Perform emergent and corrective maintenance activities.
  • Participate in transfer of new production lines.
  • Provide support and recommendations on new projects and OAC.
  • Follow safety policies and procedures.
  • Ensure compliance with environmental and safety regulations.
  • Manage records and documentation per policies.
  • Complete environmental and safety training.
  • Ensure compliance with health, safety, and environmental regulations.
  • Perform daily task capture in eCMMS or similar systems.
  • Manage and support maintenance systems like MAXIMO.
  • Resolve issues related to work order processes.
  • Support changes in system access and user management.
  • Communicate issues or opportunities to management.
  • Ensure team compliance with safety and environmental practices.
  • Perform other duties as assigned.
Qualifications / Requirements:
  • Studies in a technical career or equivalent in Mechanical, Electrical, Electromechanical, Electronic, Metrology, or Instrumentation.
  • 5-10 years of related experience or training.
  • Knowledge of GMPs and documentation, preferably in the medical industry.
  • Proficiency in computer packages.
  • Bilingual in Spanish/English preferred.
  • Knowledge of Campus Systems and Maximo system preferred.
  • Knowledge of GMPs / ISO preferred.
  • Experience with emergent and unplanned maintenance, calibration procedures, and quality systems preferred.
