Una empresa líder en el sector de la salud busca un SENIOR OPERATIONS TECHNICIAN para su planta en Ciudad Juárez. El candidato ideal tendrá conocimientos técnicos en mecánica y mantenimiento, así como experiencia en la industria médica. Esta posición ofrece la oportunidad de contribuir al desarrollo de soluciones innovadoras en el campo de la salud.

Formación

  • 5-10 años de experiencia relacionada preferiblemente.
  • Conocimientos en prácticas de manufactura en la industria médica.
  • Conocimientos de documentación de procedimientos de calibración.

Responsabilidades

  • Responsable de configuraciones de equipos de manufactura y documentación.
  • Soporte en la reparación oportuna de equipos y maquinaria.
  • Participar en la transferencia de nuevas líneas de producción.

We are searching for the best talent for SENIOR OPERATIONS TECHNICIAN to be in Cd. Juarez, in plant Salvarcar.
Purpose:

Exercises technical knowledge and expertise to assign specific projects to the support function of the Production Equipment Repair & Maintenance unit, and advises team members on the execution of tasks to ensure accuracy, timeliness, and quality of deliverables.

Facilitates the technical implementation, modification and ongoing monitoring of the quality, safety and efficiency of discrete Production Equipment Repair & Maintenance production of unit-based items assembled from component parts.

Acts as a technical expert collaborating with Manufacturing Engineers to develop Repair and Maintenance schematics for the rollout new and improved repair and maintenance processes, tools and equipment.

Identifies and documents operational control standards and testing equipment to assess conformance with engineering specifications, including test apparatus of raw materials, parts, components, finished items and packaging.

Troubleshoots and resolves technical production line problems to minimize finished item rejection levels, monitoring gauges and other indicators of production equipment and machinery performance.

Understands and applies Johnson & Johnson’s Credo and Leadership Imperatives in day-to-day interactions with team.

This job does not require any experience. This job is overtime eligible.

You will be responsible for:
  • Responsible for manufacturing equipment setups/setups and respective documentation.
  • Support manufacturing in the timely repair of equipment and machinery.
  • Perform unplanned emergent and corrective maintenance activities according to approved methods and documentation.
  • Participate in the transfer of new production lines.
  • Provide recommendations and technical support on new projects and OAC.
  • Follow up on all company safety policies and other safety precautions within the work area.
  • Compliance with safety policies and procedures.
  • Ensures Environmental Management Systems (EMS) responsibilities are met.
  • Follows J&J and Campus Convenient Information Records Management Policies, Records Retention Schedule, training and education, Document Retention Notices, records cleanup, inactive records and Information Management, Vital Records and if applicable vendors where applicable.
  • Other responsibilities may be assigned and not all responsibilities listed.
  • Has completed environmental and safety training, appropriate to your discipline.
  • Is responsible for ensuring personal and company compliance with federal, state and local regulations, policies and procedures pertaining to the Health, Safety and Environmental domains.
  • Performs daily task capture in eCMMS or system assigned for the purpose.
  • Responsible for the management and administration of the CMMS MAXIMO maintenance system for Ciudad Juarez as it relates to maintenance planning tasks.
  • Support in the resolution of problems related to the execution of the work order process for maintenance within the CMMS or MAXIMO system or other types of mobile devices.
  • Support for change of assignment or reset user or passwords for Hand Helds or Maximo.
  • Responsible for communicating business related issues or opportunities to the next level of management.
  • Responsible for ensuring that subordinates follow all Company guidelines related to Health, Safety and Environmental practices and that all resources necessary to do so are available and in good condition.
  • Responsible for ensuring personal and Company compliance with all Federal, State, local and Company regulations, policies and procedures.
  • Perform other duties as assigned as required.
Qualifications / Requirements:
  • Studies in Technical Career or equivalent applicable to the area: Mechanical; Electrical; Electromechanical; Electronic; Metrology; Instrumentalist.
  • 5-10 years of related experience and/or training related preferably. Knowledge and Skills to successfully perform the responsibilities of the responsibilities of the position.
  • Knowledge of good manufacturing practices and documentation preferably in the medical industry.
  • Extensive knowledge of computer packages.
  • Bilingual: Spanish/English preferred.
  • Knowledge of Campus Systems preferred.
  • Knowledge of Maximo System (Computerized Maintenance Management System) preferred.
  • Knowledge of GMPs (Good Manufacturing Practices) / ISO preferred.
  • Knowledge of Emergent and Unplanned Corrective Maintenance, documentation of calibration procedures and quality systems preferred.
