Une entreprise de premier plan dans le secteur de la santé recherche un technicien opérationnel II pour son site de Ciudad Juárez. Le candidat idéal aura une formation technique, une expérience en maintenance et sera capable de travailler dans un environnement de fabrication dynamique. Ce rôle implique des tâches variées allant de la configuration d'équipements à la conformité avec les normes de sécurité et environnementales.

Formación

  • 3 à 5 ans d'expérience ou formation pertinente.
  • Connaissance des bonnes pratiques de fabrication.
  • Compétence en logiciels informatiques.

Responsabilidades

  • Ajustements et configuration de l'équipement de fabrication.
  • Support pour la réparation rapide des équipements.
  • Participation au transfert de nouvelles lignes de production.

We are searching for the best talent for OPERATIONS TECHNICIAN II to be in Cd. Juarez, in plant Salvarcar.
Purpose:

Completes tasks for the support function of the Manufacturing Assembly area under general supervision, and follows routine administrative processes to ensure accuracy, timeliness, and quality of deliverables. Assists with setup, operation, maintenance, and troubleshooting of machinery/equipment. Helps monitor and install components of basic in-process products, assemblies, or sub-assemblies on the assembly line. Builds competency with routine machinery. Ensures precision of daily assembly production records as input to manufacturing performance analysis. Demonstrates Johnson & Johnson’s Leadership Imperatives and Credo.

You will be responsible for:
  • Adjustments/setup of manufacturing equipment and documentation.
  • Support for timely repair of equipment and machinery.
  • Performing corrective and emergency non-planned maintenance activities.
  • Participating in the transfer of new production lines.
  • Providing recommendations and technical support in new projects and OAC.
  • Complying with safety policies and precautions.
  • Ensuring compliance with Environment Management Systems (EMS).
  • Following information retention policies, record cleanup, and management procedures.
  • Completing environment and safety training.
  • Ensuring compliance with health, safety, and environmental policies and regulations.
  • Entering daily tasks into the appropriate systems (eCMMS, Maximo).
  • Managing the CMMS MAXIMO maintenance system for maintenance planning.
  • Supporting work order process and problem resolution within CMMS or mobile devices.
  • Communicating business issues or opportunities to management.
  • Ensuring subordinates follow health, safety, and environmental guidelines.
  • Performing other duties as assigned.
Qualifications / Requirements:
  • Technical career or equivalent in Mechanics, Electric, Electro-mechanics, Electronics, Metrology, or Instrumentation.
  • 3 to 5 years of related experience or training.
  • Knowledge of good manufacturing practices and documentation, preferably in the medical industry.
  • Proficiency in computer packages.
  • Bilingual in Spanish/English preferred.
  • Knowledge of Campus Systems and Maximo System preferred.
  • Knowledge of GMPs/ISO preferred.
  • Knowledge of emergency and corrective maintenance procedures, calibrations, and quality systems preferred.
